1 The products remain the property of Dutch Diecast Trading until the full amount has been paid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2 The products are not suitable for children under the age of 14. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
3 All deliveries are subject to our general terms and conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4 Your data will be treated with care and will not be provided to third parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
5 The price list is not a stock list, if an item is in stock it will be shipped within five working days. If an item is not in stock, the delivery time can be up to 4 weeks depending on the product. In some cases, a replacement product can be delivered if the ordered product is very similar. the prices shown are exclusive of VAT, prices may vary. For deliveries abroad, we apply the intra-Community delivery conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
6 The prices exclude shipping, packaging and bank charges; a product will only be sent after payment of the entire amount due. Bank charges must be paid by the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
7 Shipping abroad is possible, but the costs may vary. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
8 The seller is not responsible or liable for damage caused by transport or improper use of the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
9 It is prohibited by law to use products, photos or other materials from Dutch Diecast Trading for commercial purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
10 Images shown are for illustration purposes and may differ from the actual product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
11 Deliveries according to Dutch law, international law is excluded. Legal complaints are handled exclusively in the Netherlands at the Groningen court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
12 Right of withdrawal:
The products of Dutch Diecast Trading are produced and packaged with the utmost care, but if you are dissatisfied with the product, you can return it within 8 days of receipt in the closed original packaging. The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer as well as the shipping costs incurred for delivering the order. Customer-specific items cannot be exchanged. The right of withdrawal is only valid for deliveries within the European Union.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
13 Refund Policy:
Once an item has been returned to us, it will be checked within 7 working days and refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
14 A placed order is a legal purchase agreement and is therefore binding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
15 Liability of Dutch Diecast Trading in exceptional cases up to the purchase value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
16 We reserve the right to cancel a sales order at any time without giving any reason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
